Cleaning and servicing of machinery was in progress. The representative informed that the unit will be put in operation only after obtaining CTO of he board. </span><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">Keeping in view of above, it is again recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the unit up to 30/09/2027 with suitable terms & conditions along with special conditions that the unit will get effluent sample analyzed from the Board within 02 months.</span></p> |
