Certificate showing value of gross fixed assets of the industry, completion certification of STP, site plant & location Plan etc.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 24px;"> </span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 24px;">The industry has deposited Rs. 8400/- vide UTR No. 759325629 dated 18/10/2022 & now deposited Rs. 34,100/- vide UTR No. 888449267 dated 06/12/2022 & Rs. 42,500/- vide UTR No. 988685222 dated 06/12/2022 as consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Including Rs. 500/- as Form Downloading Fee) fee against gross value of project worth Rs. 125.00 Lacs as on 25/03/2022 and same is adequate upto 31/03/2027.</span></span></p>

It is established in premises of M/s Carnation Green (Food Court).</span></span></p>

<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted for one year subject to the suitable conditions and with the special condition that the industry shall get the effluent samples analyzed from the Board & consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2026.</span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">EEZO has observed that Project is a sister concern of M/s Carnation Green India & RO/Project has not submit the compliance of the decisions of PH dated 01.11.2022 before SEE, therefore RO/Project submit the compliance of as stated above.</span></p> |
