CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2022/18636857 & CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2022/18636859 dated 22.06.2022 each, both valid upto 21.12.2022 with conditions mentioned therein. Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 was also issued vide Board’s letter no. 4194-97 dated 22.06.2022 for restoration of the electric supply temporarily upto 21.12.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 31.5pt .0001pt -4.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">B)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now the marriage palace/ resort has applied for renewal of ‘Consent to Operate’ under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS alongwith request of permanant restoration of electric supply of the marriage palace. </span></p>

No. IOBAN22123214565 dated 03.05.2022 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 25,200/- Vide UTR. No. IOBAN22123214676 dt. 03.05.2022 under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2026 under both acts.</span></p>

The resort has submitted the copy of sewerage bill payment receipt from Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana and submitted the letter no. 1251 dated 05.03.2021 from the Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana regarding payment of disposal charges. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3; margin: 0in 31.5pt .0001pt -4.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="X-NONE" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The resort is not required to install ETP/STP as per the Mechanism / Guidelines deviced by the Board for Restaurants/ Hotels/ Motels/ Banguets etc vide its letter no. 64 dated 02.02.2021 as the resort discharges its effluent into MC sewer which is connected to the terminal STP. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 31.5pt .0001pt -22.5pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The resort was found complying in the last three visits i.e. 09.09.2021, 24.05.2022 & 13.12.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 31.5pt .0001pt -4.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">G.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that:-</span></p>
