The applicant has proposed an Oil refinery plant and proposed to manufacture Refined Oil @ 14,400 LPD by refining of Used Oil/Waste Oil @ 18000 LPD.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 56.7pt; text-align: justify;">The applicant has proposed to install HSD fired Combustion Chamber of capacity 18000 LPD and has proposed Wet Scrubber as APCD along with a stack of 30 meter (AGL) which is adequate in-principal. The applicant has submitted that no Trade effluent will be generated from the industry and domestic effluent @ 2 KLD will be discharged onto land for plantation after the Septic tank.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 56.7pt; text-align: justify;">The industry has submitted a Site Plan/Location Plan, undertaking regarding Land Use Classification as Industrial Land, MoA of the firm, and Lease deed between the firm and Sh. Chabbil Das S/o Kishori Lal, Project report mentioning total cost of the project as Rs 135 lacs. The documents submitted by the industry may kindly be perused.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 56.7pt; text-align: justify;">The applicant has submitted that the Hazardous waste produced during the process i.e. HWM cat. 4.1 @ 38 TPA and 4.5 @ 53 TPA will be disposed to a common TSDF facility. The industry will not generate any type of Trade effluent and domestic effluent @ 2 KLD generated from the industry will be disposed of onto land for plantation after the septic tank.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 56.7pt; text-align: justify;">The site of the industry was visited by the undersigned on 12/12/2022 and it was observed that the site is vacant and falls in the revenue estate of Village Bhairo Munna, Chandigarh Road.
