<p>Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE vide note dated 12/12/2022. Since, the industry has removed the discrepancies cited in the previous visit report and has applied for CTOs as per the decision of the hearing (application once returned too).</p>
<p>Accordingly, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 30/09/2023 with suitable conditions & special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE. As the industry has opearted its unit due to reasons cited above, for which the industry isliable to deposit Environment Compensation for the no. of days it has operated the unit after the personal hearing.</p>
