<p style="text-align: justify;">The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In view of above mentioned facts and report, it is recommended that the consent to operate granted to the industry under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for production of ICE CREAM @ 20,000 Liter/day may be renewed upto 30.09.2026 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.</p> |
