In view of above mentioned facts and report, it is recommended that the consent to operate granted to the industry under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for production of ICE CREAM @ 20,000 Liter/day may be renewed upto 30.09.2026 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.</span></p> |
