RO/</span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">SGR/APC/2005/396/R-537 </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">dated</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> 17/10/2011, valid upto 27/12/2016. Thereafter, consents granted under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 further extended both upto 31.12.2022 vide this office letter no. 5633 & 5635, both dated 06/09/2013, respectively, for manufacturing of Chimta Pipes (Cycle Spare Parts) @ 6.0 TPD by using Iron Flats (Patra) @ 6.0 TPD as raw material, with certain conditions mentioned therein and special condition that the consents will be valid as long as the information and data given in the application remain unchanged and the industry remains in small scale sector.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Chimta Pipes (Cycle Spare Parts) @ 6.0 MTD by using Iron Flats (Patra) @ 6.0 MTD as raw material. It is further informed the industry has submitted latest CA certificate, which shows that there is increase in the value of plant & machinery of the industry. Regarding to it, the industry has submitted that the increase in value of assets are due to purchase of consumable machinery parts, for its repair and maintenance, year by year. The industry has also submitted compliance report of the conditions of the consent earlier granted to it under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry has deposited consent fee under Water Act, 1974- Rs. 40,600/- through online vide UTR.No. N329222219754955 dated 25/11/2022 & under the Air Act, 1981- 40,600/- through online vide UTR.No. N329222219760299 dated 25/11/2022 against the value of fixed assets i.e. Rs. 50.59 Lacs as on 31.03.2022, as per CA certificate dated 22.11.2022. The industry has also deposited Rs. 700/- through online vide UTR. No. N329222219745108 dated 25/11/2022 as NOC regularization fee for increase in value of fixed assets. The consent fee is adequate for period upto 31.12.2036 under both the Acts. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">No complaint is pending against the industry and it was found complying with consent conditions as well as code of practice during last visit of officer of this office. It is pertinent to mention here that the Board vide Office Order No. 59 dated 02.02.2016 has decided to grant auto renewal of Consent to Operate/ Establish to Orange & Green Category of Industries within 7 days of its application submission without the need of visiting the site/ premises of the industry, in order to facilitate the industry. Keeping in view of above mentioned facts, it is, therefore, recommended that renewal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry, both upto 31.12.2036 for manufacturing of Chimta Pipes (Cycle Spare Parts) @ 6.0 MTD by using Iron Flats (Patra) @ 6.0 MTD as raw material, subject to the suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board.</span></p> |
