<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE. The industry has now added holding furnace of 30 TPH capacity as per NOC obtained in the year 2019 and extended upto 06/01/2023 and hence applied for varied CTOs.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The stack samples last collected by the Board on 04/03/2022 has qualified the permissible limits of SPM. Fresh report from NABL approval lab has also been submitted the industry. Also, the industry is maintaining proper record of SOPs for operation and maintenance of APCD, as verified during the visit on 08/12/2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is therefore recommended that varied consent to operate be granted to the industry under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30/09/2028 with suitable conditions and special conditions mentioned in the agenda note.</p>
