<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended as under:-</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->Directions u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 & u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 may be issued for temporary restoration of electric supply to the industry for three months.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for three months with following special conditions:-</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 1.25in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">i)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall submit certificate of land use classification from competent authority within 15 days.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 1.25in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">ii)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall get the RO reject sample analyzed from Board’s Lab/State Laboratory, within one month to ascertain as to whether the RO reject is fit to be discharged onto land for irrigation or not.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 1.25in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">iii)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->If the industry failed to submit the certificate regarding classification of area, within 15 days or the site does not fall in designated area, the consent will be considered as cancelled.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->Environmental Compensation of suitable amount be imposed on the industry based on best assessment and judgment.</p> |
