<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>may be granted to the industry for six months.</p>
