<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO . It is intimated the industry was made the major violation as untreated wastewater was being discharged into the sewer, accordingly the direction under section 33-A under the Water Act,1974 confirmed vide letter no. 7364 dated 02.12.2022 and PSPCL authority was also directed to disconnect of electricity supply of the industry.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Now the industry has applied for CTO under the Water Act, 1974, and the Air act, 1981 and RO has reported that The industry was in operation at the time of the visit and the industry is still violating.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">If approved the Regional Office be requested to return the CTO under the Air act,1981 application, and EE, RO may also be requested to make the compliance with the direction under section 33-A under the Water Act,1974 was issued to PSPCL to disconnection of electricity supply of the industry. </span></p> |
