The industry has applied for CTO under the Air Act, of 1981 and RO has reported that the industry was not in operation, the industry has installed one no. DG set with canopy and adequate stack height and 01 DG set without canopy, the industry is partially complying with the code of practice framed for such type of units.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">in light of the facts, if may approve CTO under the Air Act,1981 may be granted for six months with the special condition as proposed by EE, RO and an additional condition may be imposed that </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1) The shall not operate its DG set without a canopy, at any stage till provided the canopy</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2) The industry shall not operate its Hot mix plant at any stage till making the compliance with code of practice is framed for such types of units.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may also be requested to keep a vigil on the hot mix plant to not operate without complying with the code of practice framed by the Board for the Hot mix plant as well as till provided the canopy on its without canopy DG set.</span></p>
