| Clarification Note: |
The application of the Industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The industry has still not uploaded a copy of memorandum of articles, mentioning the details of all the directors of Pvt. Ltd., firm.
2. The industry has mentioned in the application form that domestic effluent @ 13 KLD shall be generated from the unit. However, the same is not in consonance with the manpower details mentioned by the industry in its application form. As such the industry is required to submit proper water balance.
3. The industry has still not mention the detail of green area, onto which treated effluent is proposed to be discharge.
4. The industry is required to clarify as to whether there shall be any source of air pollution except DG set in its premises, or not ?
As such, the industry is requested to clarify to the above within 2 days, so that the application can be processed further.
