<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry is in process to remove the earlier installed boiler of capacity 08 TPH as intimated by the Regional Office vide note dated 12.11.2022 and is in process to install new boiler with change in the fuel consumption i.e. from paddy husk to paddy straw. As the boiler and its fuel consumption has changed so the application cannot be applied for obtaining renewal of consents to operate. </span></p>
