<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">If approved, the application may be forwarded to the Regional Office to process the application after stipulated time period along with conclusive recommendations. </span></p>
