<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Show cause notice for refusal of 'consent to operate' under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 issued to the industry vide this office letter no. 5940 dated 15.12.2022 (copy attached) along-with an opportunity to show cause to explain his position in writing, within a period of 07 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">If approved, the application may be forwarded to the Regional Office to process the application after stipulated time period along with conclusive recommendations. </span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Further, </span>EE,RO to call the explaination of AEE in compliance to the note dated 14.12.2022and submit report/recommendations to this office after getting reply from the concerned officer. </p> |
