<p style="text-align: justify;">As discussed, as per the copy of the agreement signed by the PDA with the industry, it has been signed on 11.07.2022 for the disposal of industrial effluent @ 696 KLD into the conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD. This agreement has been signed before the PDA allotment letter dated 22.07.2022, hence due to clerical mistake PDA has mentioned 522 KLD share instead of 696 KLD share in letter dated 22.07.2022.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As per the discharge calculated by the GNE, 2022 report is 640 KLD. As there is changes in last approved CTO, hence as per the directions new CTO for 640 KLD is required to be approved from the Worthy Chairman of the Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above case be sent to the Competent Authority of the Board for cosideration of grant of<span style="color: #5d5d5d; text-indent: -0.2in; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"><span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="color: #5d5d5d; text-indent: -0.2in; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for short period for the discharge of trade effluent & domestic effluent @ 640 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD with usual conditions.</span></p>
