<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> Also, the PSPCL authorities were directed to restore the electric connection temporarily for six months i.e. upto 09.11.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal consents to operate of the Board under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';"> 2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has provided hood over reactor and alkali water scrubber has been installed as APCD with stack of adequate height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';"> 3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has provided 4 mud tank for drying of mud from filter press and during the visit, no mud was found stored in the industrial premises. The representative of the industry informed that the mud is being utilized by farmers in agricultural fields.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';"> 4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has provided recirculation arrangements for re-circulating entire process waster back into reactor.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';"> 5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">For the treatment of domestic effluent of the industry, septic tank provided with provision to discharge the wastewater after treatment onto plantation along boundary. During visit, no labour was residing in quarter. </span></p>
