<p style="text-align: justify;">R.O reported that P.P has submitted through Whatsapp that they had submitted Rs. 601100/- vide UTR No. UBINH22347679072 dated 13.12.2022 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 597500/- vide UTR No. UBINH22347679157 dated 13.12.2022 under Air Act, 1981. But the above said consents fee not verified/ linked with the consent application. R.O has also not given the comments on whether the industry comply with provisions of the Water Act, 1974 as well as E.C conditions, whether the industry has installed water on all mode of disposal points or not.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved, Regional Office may be requested to</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1) <!--[endif]-->Rs. 601100/- under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 597500/- under the Air Act, 1981 deposited by the industry on 13/12/2022 shall be verified/ linked with the consent application form the industry. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2) <!--[endif]-->give comments on the industry comply with provisions of the Water Act, 1974 as well as E.C conditions or not and send the report immediately.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3) <!--[endif]-->Give coments on whether the industry has installed water on all mode of disposal points or not, if yes, the industry maintained the record of the same or not.</p> |
