Further, the visiting officer has also not commented upon the distance of the site from 15 pucca houses. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 13.0pt; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">Reply: It is submitted that as per report of SDM dated 26.10.2022, mentioning the report of Naib Tehsildar dated 23.09.2022 states that there is no approved residential area with in 100 mtr distance from site is situated. During visit to the industry on 09.12.2022, there is no MC limit, lal lakir/phirni and residential area within 100 mtr from the site of the industry. There is no residential house within 100 mtr from the site of the industry.</span></p>

Moreover in the jamabandi attached, it has not been specified regarding the land holding with the prop. of the industry i.e. Sh. Haramneet Singh S/o Sh. Gurmail Singh.</span></p>

Harmaneet Singh is 2 K 5 M vide Intkal no. 1385.</span></p>
