CTOW/Fresh/GRP/2018/7418867 & CTOA/Fresh/GRP/2018/7418955 dated 14/05/2018, respectively under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> Now the Marriage Palace has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of Marriage Palace through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF under orange category.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> The Marriage Palace has deposited Rs. 42,500/- vide UTR No. N306222188040241 dated 02/11/2022 Under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 500/- as FDF & Rs. 50,400/- vide UTR No. N306222188041035 dated 02/11/2022 Under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 8400/- as NOC regularization fee against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 1,36,01,613/- as on 31/03/2022 and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts. As per policy of the Board and in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016, the consent cases of Orange Category units are to be processed without visiting them.<strong> </strong></span></p>
