| Clarification Note: | Dear Sir The Boiler Had Never Been Used And Has Been Sold And Now Going Green We Have Taken IRM Connection which is under instalation In place of Boiler we have taken Air Compressor which will not have any requirement of Chimeny but only Electric Motor Except for Genrator 125 KVA with Compnay Canopy we donot have any polluting equipment Please grant us consent to operate This is in response to our undertaking given against show cause that we shall approarch for consent only after the Instalation of PNG connection Therefore please restore our consent to operate which were held up for shifting from Coal to PNG Since the Unit was not in production from March 2020 till today Therefore please condone the gap |
