CTOW/Fresh/FGS/2020/12793180 dated 01/07/2020 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/FGS/2020/12792922 dated 01/07/2020, both valid upto 30/09/2023 for the manufacturing of Rolls, ingots & castings etc. @ 26 MTD with specials condition that t</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin;">he industry shall get its stack emission sampling done from Boards/ Board’s approved lab within one month.<strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"> </strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has submitted retirement deed and new partnership deed due to change in partnership. Accordingly, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of 'consent to operate' under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 with requisite documents through OCMMS. The industry has deposited consent fee of and now Rs. 47300/- vide e-R no. 237503557 dated 13/12/2022 under Water Act, 1974 consent fee and now Rs. 43200/- vide e-R no. 773413766 dated 13/12/2022 under Air Act, 1981 consent fee against the un-depreciated of fixed assets of Rs. 299.02 Lacs as on 31/10/2022 as per CA Certificate dated 03/12/2022. The consent fee is adequate upto <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">30/06/2028</strong> as per Board's Office Order dated 29/10/2018 after deducting NOC regularization fee. The industry has not increased its production capacity, also there is no increase in pollution load. The increase in the gross value of the Building is due to transfer of Pre-operative expenses of Rs. 2.29 and the balance of Rs. 5.59 lacs incurred on the repairs and maintenance of the existing building shed. Further, there are no additions in the existing building structure of the unit. The increase in the gross value of the Plant & Machinery is due to addition of Two Cranes, One Magnet, Material Testing Equipment's, One Spectro Meter, Ladle, Slag Box, Electrical Panel Box, Stopper Head, Replacement of old DG set with new of 62.5 KVA etc. along with Rs. 5.84 lacs transferred from Pre-operative expenses.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Moreover, the Board vide Head Office letter no. 768-97 dated 13/01/2021, decided as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 5.4pt 10.0pt 9.0pt;"><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast;">"The Board shall continue to grant consent to establish/consent to operate to the industries with the advisory to obtain necessary clearance for abstraction of ground water from the Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA). However, aforesaid clearance shall not be insisted upon by the Board at the time of grant of CTE/CTO to the industries."</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">In view of above, if approved it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted <strong>upto 30/09/2027</strong> to the industry for production of </span><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">Rolls, ingots & castings etc. @ 26 MTD</span></strong><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"> </span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">with suitable conditions and special conditions that:</span></p>
