<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">It is submitted that the hotel is a small orange category hotel and has been granted CTO under the Water Act, 1974 vide CTOW/Renewal/LDH4/2017/4848742 dated 06/01/2017 is valid upto 30/09/2021 and under the Air Act, 1981 vide CTOA/Renewal/LDH4/2017/4848978 dated 06/01/2017 valid upto 30/09/2021. Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS. The industry has deposited under Water Act, 1974 Rs. 76100/-vide UTR. No. 000726137698 dated 25.11.2022 and under the Air Act, 1981 Rs. 75600/-vide UTR. No. 000726133274 dated 25.11.2022 which is adequate upto 30.09.2026 (after deducting NOC and late penalty fee).</span></p>

Further the effluent sample has been collected by the officer of this office on 03-11-2022 and as per analysis result the concentration of various parameters i.e. pH @ 7.7, TSS @ 28 mg/l, TDS @ 886 mg/l, COD @ 104 mg/l, BOD @ 34 mg/l and oil & grease @ BDL <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>are found to be within prescribed limit for hotel with less than 20 beds.</span></p>
