Now, the industry has deposited Rs. 210000/- vide R no. 877314959 dated 14.11.2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 210000/- vide R. no.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">391043255 dated 14.11.2022 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.12.2028 for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 18.71 cr. on 31.03.2022.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry/project proponent and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time, without any opportunity of Personal Hearing. </span></p>
