<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The industry was in operation during visit & engaged in casting of auto parts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The industry is now operating its APCD properly which is attached with electric induction furnace of capacity 0.75 Ton.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The industry is now maintaining record of the energy meter of APCD and APCD dust was being placed in the hazardous waste room.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The height of stack attached with shot blasting machine has now been increased.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The industry has now installed Environmental Data Board outside the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">In view of above, if approved, Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be considered for grant subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as under: -</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The industry will obtain Authorization under Hazardous (Waste & Management) Rules,2016. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The industry will maintain plantation area for disposal of domestic effluent after septic tank.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The industry shall ensure that no dust is emitting from Silica sand plant and the stack are of adequate height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The industry shall submit the compliance of above conditions within 02 months.</span></p>
