Gagandeep Bansal becomes its partner after the death of his father Sh. Ramesh Kumar as per death certificate dated 21.04.2018 (copy attached).</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">The industry has converted its brick kiln into induced draft technology before 01.02.2019 and was accordingly, granted provisionsal completion certificate by PSCST, Chandigarh on 07.02.2019. Moreover, the industry has also submitted CA certified copy (copy attached) of coal register for the period 01.02.2019 to 07.02.2019, showing that the kiln was not operated for the same period, without converting it into induced draft technology. Hence, no EC is required in this case.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">The industry has not got its stack emission sampling done from Board’s lab in previous years. Therefore, the consent under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 is recommended short term i.e. upto 30.09.2023. Moreover, the brick kiln has land on lease, which is valid upto 30.04.2024.</span></p>
