<p>The details of the case are given in the note of Aee which may kindly be perused. As reported by Ro the industry is complying with the conditions of earlier granted consent/Noc .Also achieving the prescribed emissions standards. No trade effluent is generated/discharged by the industry. The treated domestic effluent is discharged effluent is discharged on to land for plantation. In view of facts mentioned above and recommendation given by Ro if approved varied consent to operate under water Act 1974 may be granted to the industry up to 30/9/2028 with suitable conditions and special condition as proposed by R0 please.
