<p style="text-align: justify;">The CETP of capacity 15 MLD situated at Bahadur Ke Road, Ludhiana is already not achieving the prescribed standards. The Board shall not consider to allow new industry to set up & discharge additional load into CETP.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be refused to the industry, please.</p> |
