CTOW/Renew/PTA/2021/17489515 dated 07-01-2022 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renew/PTA/2021/17489398<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 07-01-2022, both are valid upto 20-12-2022 for manufacturing of Submerged Welded MS Pipes (dia 16 inch & above) @ 40 MTD by using Acetylene @ 177 CFT/day, HR Coil/MS Plates @ 41.5 Metric Tonnes/Day, Oxygen @ 706 CFT/day, Carbon dioxide & LPG @ 177 CFT/day, Auto melt Flux Grade II @ 7 CFT/day as a raw material under green category with certain conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; tab-stops: 68.0pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing Submerged Welded MS Pipes (dia 16 inch & above) @ 40 MTD by using Acetylene @ 177 CFT/day, HR Coil/MS Plates @ 41.5 Metric Tonnes/Day, Oxygen @ 706 CFT/day, Carbon dioxide & LPG @ 177 CFT/day, Auto melt Flux Grade II @ 7 CFT/day as a raw material under green category and with requisite documents and has already deposited Rs. 21600/- vide UTR no. N334222226149736 dated 30.11.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 21600/- vide UTR no. N334222226163087 dated 30.11.2022 under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total consent fee deposited by the industry under each act is adequate upto 19.12.2023 against the capital investment of Rs. 2254.97 lakh as on 31.10.2022 as per CA certificate dated 28.11.2022 submitted by industry. The industry has submitted C.A certificate, Compliance report of previous consent alongwith online application form.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; tab-stops: 68.0pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">It is pertinent to mention here that the Board vide Office Order No. 59 dated 02.02.2016 decided to grant auto renewal of Consent to Operate/ Establish to Orange & Green Category of Industries within 7 days of its application submission without the need of visiting the site/ premises of the industry, in order to facilitate the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; tab-stops: 68.0pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">Keeping above in view, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 19.12.2023 under green category with usual conditions as per the policy of the Board.</span></p> |
