| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The BKO has earlier granted domestic effluent @ 1.5 KLD but now mentioned in form @ 105.0 KLD, this needs to clarify.
2. The BKO is required to submit undertaking w.r.t. renewal of Consent to Operate to the effect that there is no change/addition in existing plant & machinery as well as pollution load of unit as on date and shall comply with condition granted to it in the consents.
The industry is requested to clarify the observations within 3 days to further process the application.
