<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the project proponent has applied for obtaining Consent to Establish / NOC under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for development of flats @ 60 and for 33 KLD effluent shall be generated and same will be treated through the common STP install by its sister concern unit namely M/s Future Height Block B, C & D. As per the proposal, 02 KLD effluent shall be utilized within the premises for green area, 14 KLD for flushing purpose and remaining 17 KLD discharge onto land for plantation area.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is pertinent to mentioned that PP namely 'Future Heights Block A' proposed that the entire effluent shall be dispoed to its sister concern unit namely M/s Future Height Block B, C & D and Future Height Block B, C & D has obtained E.C for Group Housing Project namely “Future Heights, located at Village Aujala, Kharar, District SAS Nagar in total land area of 6958 sqm, Built-up area 21577 sqm and Green area 1755 Sqm from SEIAA, vide no. SEIAA/PB/MIS/2022/EC/07 dated 25/04/2022. As per the E.C, they have propose a total wastewater of Future Height Block B, C & D will be generated 58 KLD, treated water water will be reuse in flushing, green area and plantation as per Karnal Technology.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"> Future Height Block B, C & D has proposed to install STP of 100 KLD (as per E.C to handle the wastewater generated from B C & D) and R.O has not given comments on whether proposed STP to be installed in the project B C & D to handle the wastewater generated from this project and also wastewater to be generated from Block A is feasible to transport the same into B C & D or not.</p>
