<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">RO has reported that It is intimated that the project proponent has obtained Environmental Clearance for the Group Housing Project namely “Future Heights, located at Village Aujala, Kharar, District SAS Nagar in total land area of 6958 sqm, Built-up area 21577 sqm and Green area 1755 Sqm from SEIAA, vide no. SEIAA/PB/MIS/2022/EC/07 dated 25/04/2022. As per the E.C, the total wastewater will be generated 58 KLD, and treated water will be reused in flushing, green area, and plantation as per Karnal Technology </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">R.O has reported that the PP has applied for obtaining CTE (NOC) for flats @ 170 for Future Heights, located at Village Aujala, Kharar, District SAS Nagar in a total land area of 6958 sqm, Built-up area of 21577 sqm and Green area 1755 Sqm and for total wastewater will be generated 58 KLD, out of which 28 KLD will be used onto land for plantation as per Karnal Technology in an area of 5 Kanal 15 Marla of village Bhukri in KhewantKhatauni No. 95/98 Khasra No. 11//6(5-15) and 29 KLD will be used flushing as well as green belt. PP has made a rent deed for the disposal of treated water in another Village Bhukri in KhewantKhatauni No. 95/98 Khasra No. 11//6(5-15) on a rent deed valid up to 14/11/2024. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">RO has also reported reported that the site is suitable for such type of project. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved, CTE (NOC) applied by the PP may be granted for one year for flats @ 170 for Future Heights, located at Village Aujala, Kharar, District SAS Nagar in a total land area of 6958 sqm, Built-up area of 21577 sqm and Green area 1755 Sqm for total wastewater generation 58 KLD, out of which 18 KLD will be used for flushing purpose, 10 KLD in the green area (1755 Sqm) and 29 KLD onto land for plantation (5 Kanal 15 Marla of village Bhukri) as per Karnal Technology in the summer season, 18 KLD will be used for flushing purpose, 3 KLD in the green area (1755 Sqm)and 36 KLD onto land for plantation (5 Kanal 15 Marla of village Bhukri) as per Karnal Technology in Winter Season and 18 KLD will be used for flushing purpose, 1 KLD in the green area (1755 Sqm) and 38 KLD onto land for plantation (5 Kanal 15 Marla of village Bhukri) as per Karnal Technology in Rainy Seasonalongwith additional conditions may also be imposed that </span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">1. The project proponent will not discharge domestic effluent into the sewer leading to the STP, Kharar without prior written permission of the Board.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">2. The project proponent shall not give possessions to the owners without prior permission of the Board.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">3. The PP shall install the smog gun well before starting the construction.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">4. The project proponent shall develop a plantation area </span>as per karnal technology in an area of 5 Kanal 15 Marla of village Bhukri in Khewant /Khatauni No. 95/98 Khasra No. 11//6(5-15)<span lang="EN-IN">. The PP shall not carry out any type of construction in the area reserved for plantation till the upgradation and enhanced capacity of the STPs installed by the MC is adequate and sewer connection is granted by the MC authority.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN"> 5. PP will develop the project on its own risk & cost in regard to disposal arrangement.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">6. The promoter company shall also explore the possibility of using treated domestic effluent for useful purposes such as construction work, sprinkling on dusty patches/roads, use in nearby construction activities, etc.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">7. The industry shall obtain the necessary clearance for the abstraction of groundwater from the Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority (PWRDA).</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">8. The promoter company shall ensure compliance with the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016, and being the bulk waste generator shall ensure segregation of solid waste at source, facilitate collection of segregated waste in separate streams, handover recyclable material to either the authorized waste pickers or the authorized recyclers as prescribed in Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">9. The bio-degradable waste shall be processed, treated, and disposed of through a mechanical composter. The residual waste shall be given to the waste collectors or agency as directed by the local body.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN"> 10. The promoter company shall not consume any fuel except HSD for DG set, for burning purposes without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN"> 11) The PP shall install the smog gun to control the dust emission to be generated from the construction activities of the project.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN"> </span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">12. The project proponent shall not discharge any domestic effluent (treated or untreated) into choe / drain /river or in any inland surface water at any time or any other unauthorized place by any unauthorized means and shall explore the possibility of reduction of quantum of abstraction of groundwater by reusing the treated wastewater in the various activities.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">13 The project proponent shall provide a permanent pipeline from the project site to onto land for the plantation area </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN"> 14. The project proponent shall maintain the plantation area as well as a permanent pipeline network for uniform distribution of wastewater in the entire plantation area, so that no stagnation of wastewater occurs inside, outside, or in the plantation area at any time.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">15. The project proponent shall install a water meter on the freshwater supply and all proposed modes of disposal.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">16. The industry shall ensure compliance with provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, and or any other environment law applicable to him and rules, circulars issued by the Board from time to time.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">17. In case of any violation action u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 will be initiated for closure of the project proponent without further notice.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A copy of the CTE may be forwarded to the Additional Deputy Commissioner (UD) for SAS Nagar for information with the request not to allow any expansion/ approval on the land of 5 Kanal 15 Marla proposed/ reserved for plantation having Khewant /Khatauni No. 95/98 Khasra No. 11//6(5-15) <span lang="EN-IN">in</span>, village Bhukri Kharar, Distt. SAS Nagar).</span></p>
