<p>It is intimated that RO has reported that t<span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">he industry is complying with the Environmental norms/ Laws. The industry has made an MoU with M/s Bantech Pvt. Ltd., Chanalon for treatment of trade effluent @ 1000 Lt/month.</span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">If may approved, the industry be granted CTO under the Water Act, 1974 upto 30.6.2026 with the special conditions as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to carry out the complete water auditing of water being consumed in process and trade effluent being got lifted to the CETP and verify the compliance of environmental laws by the industry.</span></p>
