<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">pH</span></strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;"> – 7.5, <strong>TSS</strong> – 54, <strong>COD</strong> – 158, <strong>BOD </strong>– 47, <strong>O&G</strong> – 6.6 & <strong>Bio-Assay</strong> – 0% survival of fish in 100% of effluent after 96 hours.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The results are beyond the prescribed limit of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">In view of above, it is recommended that show cause notice for refusal of Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 with an opportunity of personal hearing.</span></p> |
