<p style="text-align: justify;">The agenda note and report / recommendations of AEE/EE, RO, may kindly be perused.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The marriage palace is a small orange category unit and has been granted CTO under the Water Act, 1974, valid upto 30.09.2022.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The marriage palace had applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974, which was refused on 27.10.2022 and further action u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 was under progress.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974. The industry has deposited consent fee, which is adequate upto 30.04.2032.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The marriage palace was visited by AEE of RO on 06.12.2022 and it was observed as under:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace was not in operation during visit.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace has installed STP having aerobic treatment, consisting of Oil and Grease Trap, Septic tank, Collection tank, Aeration tank, Tube Settler, Pre-filtration Tank, Carbon filter & onto land for plantation. The marriage palace has repaired the STP and now the STP provided by the marriage palace was found in working condition and due to less generation of effluent the effluent sample could not be collected.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace has started maintaining the record of STP and has installed a new water meter.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->4. <!--[endif]-->The plantation area was inspected and it was observed that the marriage palace has now maintain it properly and no stagnation was observed during the visit.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->5. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace has installed compost pits for manging the solid waste and has been developed properly to manage the Solid waste in the scientific manner.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->6. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace has installed 1 no. DG set of capacity 62 KVA, with canopy and adequate stack height.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->7. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace has already provided exhaust fan to the chimney provided for dissipation of heat and kitchen emissions.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->8. <!--[endif]-->The marriage palace has now submitted the latest CA certificate.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the marriage palace upto 30.09.2031 with special condition that the marriage palace will maintain the record of STP operation and shall get its sample analysed from Board lab within 01 month.</p>
