CTOA/Varied/SAS/2021/14414948 dated 21.01.2021, valid till 31.12.2022 for 90 bedded hospital with special conditions as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The hospital has deposited Rs. 10,000/- vide R no. </span><span style="font-size: 8.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #2b4973;"><br /></span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">959651379 dated 14.12.2022 , which is valid upto 31.12.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">During visit, effluent sample from the outlet of ETP cum STP was collected and the results as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The results are within limits except parameter pH.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The HCF has visited by the undersigned on 05.12.2022 and contacted Dr. Prabhjot, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer (97746-14768). During visit it was observed as under: </span></p>

The HCF is 90 bedded hospital. </span></p>

OTs. The treated water after ETP is again treated in STP (based on MBBR technology) installed by the hospital of 50 KLD capacity along with domestic effluent generated from toilets. The waste-water generated from mortuary section, CSSD section and BMW final storage washing is connected to ETP. During visit, ETP and STP was in operation. The hospital has provided water meter at the outlet of ETP & at the outlet of STP and the reading of meter provided at outlet of ETP was 2.37 m3 and outlet of STP was 1317.38 m3. Dosing pump Line of alum has now been connected. The treated effluent was being discharged into sewer. As per record of STP checked, the hospital is treating 4.7 KLD water on daily basis.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">In view of above, it is recommended that the ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be renewed till 31.03.2023 subject to special conditions as under:</p>
