Suriender Singh and M/s Earthcheck Recycler wherein the Plot No. 27 Phase-1, Focal Point, Goindwal Sahib has been leased to the later for a period upto 28/02/2023. Further it has submitted sale agreement 17.03.2022, wherein sh. Surinder Singh has sale plot no. 27, Focal Point, Goindwal<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Sahib to Sh. Ankit Jain and an indemnity bond regarding transfer of plot <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="color: red;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 3.75pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the provision of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for five year with suitable terms and special conditions as under:</span></p>
