<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Sir, as discussed, the project proponent has submitted that they have deposited balanced bee amounting Rs. 118500/- vide UTR No. UBINH22349833089416 dated 15.12.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 1113000/- vide UTR No. UBINH2234767833089412 dated 15.12.2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The fee deposited is valid upto 31.03.2024. The project proponent was contacted telephonically, he informed that the bank guarantee shall be submitted in coming week. In light of the above, it is recommended that:</span></p>
