Ltd., Ludhiana for lifting its trade effluent generated from the electroplating process @ 5000 litre per month.</span></p>

Ltd. Focal Point, Ludhiana on 08.09.2022.</span></p>

The industry is violating various provisions of the said act.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">9.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Accordingly, the report was sent to Zonal Office-1, Ludhiana through e-office noting file no. 138970 and now the industry has applied for consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 through invest Punjab portal.</span></p>
