<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the recommendations has already been given in the agenda note and the same has been reproduced as under:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended for further one year as per policy of the Board with special condition that the project proponent will submit progress report quarterly for the work completed by the firm at site.</p> |
