<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">Sir, it is submitted that in above case, direction have been issued to PSPCL u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 to disconnect the electric supply avaialbe to the industry, also direction u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 have been issued to the industry for closure. However, the compliance has neither been made by PSPCL nor by the industry till date. It is requested that the case be returned and the applicant be requested to reapply after compliance of the directions issued by the Board.</span></p> |
