<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The industry was visited by Environmental Engineer alongwith undersigned on 17/12/2022 and it was observed that the facts mentioned in the application w.r.t. water and air does not match with the mentioned in the application. Moreover, the cost of fixed assets as mentioned in the CA certificate does not match with that mentioned in the application form. Additionally, the industry has not submitted completion certificate w.r.t. APCD, Boiler and STP installed in the unit.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The representative of the industry Sh. Satnam Singh visited this office on 19/12/2022 and was apprised of the above facts and requested to return the application so that the same can be filled correctly and re-submitted.</p>
