| Clarification Note: |
The application has been scrutinized and it was observed that:-
1. The industry has not submitted the latest rent deed of existing unit.
2. The industry is required to submit an undertaking to the effect that the industry is using only SULPHERIC ACID and no other chemical is being used.
3. The gross fixed assets of the industry have been increased from Rs. 06.38 Lacs to Rs. 07.23 Lacs during the period 07.06.2018 to 25.11.2022, however the industry has not submitted the details of machinery added by it alongwith the measures taken to contain the emission /effluent.
4. The industry is required to submit record register regarding fresh water consumption viz-a-viz effluent generation and waste effluent lifted to the facility on the daily basis duly verified by the authorized signatory.
