The industry as per document required alongwith the application, required to submit CA s certificate regarding un-depreciated value of the fixed assets of the industry at the end of last financial year. The industry is required to submit CA with main heads i.e. Land, Building and Plant & machinery.</span></p>

Further, if any additions done after 2020, kindly clarify. There is increase in the cost of plant & machinery, hence details of additions under this head is also required.</span></p>

It is required to intimate what additions in terms of land, building and plant & machinery it has undertaken alongwith classification of land use.</span></p>
