<p>The proceedings of the hearing were conveyed to the industry by post. Further, to check the compliance of the decisions of the personal hearing it was visisted by undersign on 18.12.22 and observed that the industry has provided plantation area for the discharge of domestic efflluent after treatment in septic tank.</p>

<p>Further, the industry has submitted bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- bearing bank guarantee no. 5039222BG0000002 dated 14.12.2022, with validity upto14.12.2023 (copy attached) in compliance to the MoEF notification GSR 546(E) dt. 30.08.2005.</p>
