The Project<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>proponent has<span style="letter-spacing: -.1pt;"> </span>started<span style="letter-spacing: -.1pt;"> </span>construction<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>of boundary<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>wall.</span></p>
