While perusing the record of this office, it was observed that the industry was found violating the provisions of Air Act, 1981 & Water Act, 1974. Show cause notice for the violation of the provisions of Air Act, 1981 & Water Act, 1974 was also issued to the industry with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board on 26/07/2022.
It is therefore requested to submit the compliance of the decisions of personal hearing held before the Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board, so as to further process the application. |
