<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 10.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry was issued show cause notice for revocation/ cancellation of CTOs vide no. 1681 dated 06/06/2022 to file written reply before the Worthy SEE of the Board within 15 days from the date of issuance of notice. The industry vide its letter dated 20.06.2022 has submitted reply, which was verified by this office during visit to the industry on 23.09.2022 and observation during the visit has already reported by the undersigned vide note dated 18.11.2022. Further, the industry has already dismantled soakage pit and has provided septic tank for discharge of domestic effluent. It has not provided water meter at submersible pump. ETP was found in operation during visit.</span></p>
